It means a lot to me to share yoga with my students. I want everyone to understand that yoga can be exactly what they need, regardless of the situation. I strive to make my classes a supportive and caring space where everyone is welcome. Yoga encourages us to observe and learn about our bodies in a neutral way, without judgement and maybe with a little more kindness.
I know what it can be like to want to move your body despite, or because of, an injury or illness. I am continually trying to improve the accessibility of my classes. I currently have Endometriosis (which I have had excision surgery for) & Adenomyosis. In the past I have had chronic kidney bleeding, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and a knee operation.
